The primary ingredients used in making funnel cakes include flour, sugar, milk, eggs, and baking powder, very similar to pancake batter. 

The batter is made by combining these ingredients and whisking them together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

The batter is then poured through a funnel, hence the name "funnel cake," into hot oil to be cooked. As the batter is poured, it creates a distinctive layered overlapping pattern. 
Traditionally, once the funnel cake is cooked, they are coated with powdered sugar. 



Yes, we do utilize dairy products for our funnel cakes.


We recommend placing the order into the oven or air fryer on an oven / air fryer safe dish at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes .You may also reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
